Chris is hands down incredible. Between the mass amounts of group texts we put him in and the last minute showings to accommodate our crazy work schedule, he does it all with a smile on his face. Chris is calculated and will tell you when something is a bad investment because he really cares about you and your needs, rather than his own. As first time home buyers we were nervous as well as picky about what I wanted and Chris walked us through every step and handled all details such as inspection, loan details, title, etc. Point blank we bought for way under asking.
